Martin rebuilt the Wolverhampton
centre from a 32/32 centre to a top 5 centre within
2 years. He was responsible for sales, recruitment,
underwriting, budgeting and processing, operating
business growth from 9-20 staff and managing through
a major business integration and system changes.
Martin spent 14 years with HSBC
& Forward Trust. Various roles included Sales
and Business Development, Credit Management, Operations
Manager and Customer Service Management.
